We have a special show, kicking off the Positive Omen Tour featuring DJ Quest, Mista B, DnZ, and DJ Alf—Hip Hop Slam fam—before they make their way to Japan! We also have DJ Snayk Eyez performing his 6-minute online DMC entry live! Thanks to all those who voted for our Skratchpad resident!

THANK YOU to all the people who have supported Skratchpad SF for the past 8 Years!!! From days at Sublounge, to Azul, to The Cellar, and now at our new home Rockit Room—so many DJs, Bboys & BGirls, Emcees, Aerosol Artists, and music connoisseurs have rolled through and made Skratchpad a true Hip Hop party!
This past Wednesday at Rockit Room, we celebrated our 8 Year Anniversary by having our 2nd annual Q & A DJ Battle. We had DJs from Sacramento to San Jose battling it out. Real skills and so many had flava, it was a tough call for judges Teeko, DJ Quest, Deeandroid, and Mista B! In the end, Dirty Dean (SJ Skratchpad) took 1st! Big ups! And 2nd place went to DJ Traps (SJ Skratchpad) and 3rd went to DJ Rated R (SAC Skratchpad). Much respect to the winners, all the competitors and our guest judges Teeko & Quest for putting in that work! Shout out to our sponsors Traktor, World of Stereo, Mighty 4, No Rival, and Black Scale for donating prizes!
It was a special night, being blessed by Jus Jones and the legendary, Derrick D., dropping 45s! Much love to Derrick D. for taking time out of his busy schedule to rock our party. He has been a MAJOR influence on so many of us! After all, his historical party, Beat Lounge at Deco, was the inspiration for Skratchpad.
Hopie Spitshard rocked the crowd as a true emcee does!! Much love to her for always showing Skratchpad love with the cutty but funky DJ Snayk Eyez!
It was a dope night, a room full of different generations of DJs, and a lot of legends in the house. Peace to DJ Swamp, Qbert, Genie G., Yoga Frog, Badrock, Vinroc, Crayone, Paulskeee, Bas 1, and UB40 who also stopped by for the party!
